liability for any omissions or mistakes. TGB reserve the right to make changes and correct mistakes of advertised pricing (or
any other details) before your tuition break is confirmed.

3) Group Bookings

For all group bookings (more than one person), the responsibility of the entire booking will be with the ‘lead name’. As lead
name you guarantee that you have the authority to accept (and do accept) the terms of the booking conditions on behalf of your
group.

4) Dress Code, Golf Etiquette & Handicap Certificates

You are advised at all times to wear appropriate clothing for the duration of your break, whether that be on the golf course or in
the club house. Appropriate golf clothing can consist of shirts with collars, tailored shorts/trousers, if shorts are worn, appropriate
socks should also accompany them. Items of clothing such as denim, rugby/football shirts are not deemed acceptable for any
golf establishment. Occasionally you may be asked to provide a handicap certificate before playing certain courses and TGB will
do it’s upmost to advise you accordingly before your trip commences.

TGB cannot be held responsible for people not adhering to the general etiquette and rules expected of a golfer and thus denying
them access to the establishment itself.

5) Reservations

All TGB bookings will require a £100 per person deposit to secure said booking. All deposits are non refundable and non
transferable. The remaining balance must be paid 10 weeks prior to the start date of your booking. If the booking is within the 10
week window and if the balance is not paid, TGB reserve the right to retain all deposits and cancel your booking.

6) Insureance

TGB strongly advises all parties to obtain adequate travel insurance prior to their break. It is the responsibility of the client to
ensure all appropriate aspects in relation to a golf break are considered when taking out a policy. Please take your policy with
you on your break and ensure that you read all of the details carefully. TGB does and will not read/check
client policies, and does not accept liability for any possible loss that’s suffered as a direct result of purchasing an inadequate
policy.

7) Costs

A supplement may be charged when a twin/double room is let as a single occupancy. All other prices are quoted based on two
people sharing a double or twin room and usually based on a minimum group size of 8 or more. All prices are inclusive of VAT

confirmation carefully, if it contains inaccurate or incomplete information please contact a member of the TGB team immediately.
Any delay will make it it harder to make changes or amendments to your booking.

10) Client Payments

All client monies paid in advance will be held ‘in trust’ until your trip commences. All overseas tuition golf breaks will be booked
with a regulated ‘golf tour operator’, subsequently, said trips will be ATOL and ABTA protected.

11) Cancellation

Due to the nature of your tution golf break adequate notice needs to be given before full cancelling a trip, TGB
remind you that you will be liable to pay for your booking if you choose to shorten or cancel your golf break. TGB further advises
appropriate holiday insurance to cover any such incidents. Should you need to cancel your break please inform TGB in writing
as soon as possible.

Cancellation charges may well apply as follows:
* More than 60 days - loss of deposit
* 59 - 29 days - 50%
* 28 days of less – 100%

If your cancellation conditions meet a viable insurance claim then said insurance company should reimburse you the above
charges. TGB will assist you in every way to help validate a claim e.g. evidence of monies paid, dates of trip etc.

Cancelling your trip after final payment has been received may result in a full loss of money, however, TGB will look at each case
individually and endeavour to change your dates or recover at least some monies outlaid if possible. This decision will lie solely
within the discretion of your accommodation/golf course provider.

Please note that shorter cancellation policies may apply and will depend on your venue choice, please check with TGB upon
booking what your specific cancellation conditions are.

In the extremely unlikely event of your assigned PGA Professional falling sick and not being able to make your trip, a replacement
PGA Professional will be sought immediately. If a replacement cannot be found your trip will still commence as planned, however,
the ‘coaching/organising’ element of your trip will be refunded by TGB upon completion of your break.

12) Playing Conditions / Availability

The playing condition of each course may differ from week to week and we recognise that variables such as adverse weather
can play a part in your overall experience. TGB cannot however, be held responsible for any course closures, delay’s in play,
trolley/buggy bans etc but we will endeavour to obtain a refund/voucher for the green fee element of your trip, again at the
discretion of the golf course/s you’re playing.

All courses require essential course maintenance throughout the year, although TGB will do it’s upmost to inform all parties of
any planned works, they can not be held responsible should this be taking place during your break. Please raise any concerns
you have prior to booking your break with us.

13) Passports, visas and health

If you or any member of your group is not a British citizen (or is a non British passport holder), you must check the visa and
passport requirements with the Embassy of the country in which you intend to travel to.
TGB do not accept any liability if you are refused entry to a particular country. You are solely responsible for ensuring you
travel with the required documentation for your chosen destination.

14) Complaints

Any complaints should be taken up with the golf club or accommodation provider (TGB acts only as an agent and is therefore not
responsible for any issues caused by these parties). If, however, a satisfactory outcome isn’t concluded, please contact TGB with
the necessary details and we shall subsequently address all issues with the supplier in question.
